Conradh na Gaeilge website is finalist at The Spiders 2023

We are delighted to announce that Modus client, Conradh na Gaeilge, has been selected as a finalist in the Digital for Good Award category at the 2023 The Spider Awards.

Modus has been redesigning and redeveloping Conradh na Gaeilge’s website CnaG.ie since 2013. This is the fifth time CnaG.ie has been a finalist at the Spiders. Let’s hope it’s 6th time lucky for Conradh na Gaeilge. CnaG.ie has also been a finalist 5 times in the Irish Web Awards and brought home An Suíomh Gaeilge is Fearr (Best Irish Language Website) category in 2014.

The Digital for Good Award category recognises charities and not for profit organisations that drive digital excellence throughout their website, social media platforms, projects or services. The category is open to local and national government, emergency services and not-for-profit bodies from across Ireland. Our judges are looking for companies that are delivering best in class customer experience by harnessing the power of digital.

Quote from Aodhán Ó Deá, Stiúrthóir Forbartha, Leas-Ardrúnaí / Director of Development, Deputy Secretary General

“Is cúis mhór bhróid dúinn bheith ainmnithe do na gradaim Spiders d’ár suíomh idirlín nua cnag.ie. Mar eagraíocht phobail, tá sé rí-thábhachtach go mbeimid in ann na feachtais éagsúla agus nuacht na heagraíochta a roinnt go héifeachtach. Cabhraíonn an suíomh úr linn sin a bhaint amach i mbealach idirghníomhach. Míle buíochas le Modus as cuidiú linn leis an dtogra seo.”

“We are delighted to be nominated for the Spiders for our new website cnag.ie. As a community organisation it is vital that we can effectively share various campaigns and news updates effectively, the new website allows us to do that in an interactive way. Thank you to Modus for helping us with this project.”

Established in 1996, the Spiders is the most prestigious digital awards ceremony in Ireland. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the iconic Spider Awards.
